Baltimore man charged in fatal Sidney Avenue stabbing

Baltimore, MD – A 54-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 33-year-old man last month in the city’s Southern District, police announced Monday.

Detectives say Donald Graham was taken into custody on September 26, one day after the killing of Michael Schuler, who was found stabbed on the 2200 block of Sidney Avenue just before 4:40 p.m. on September 25.

Responding officers discovered Schuler suffering from multiple stab wounds. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later died. Following the attack, investigators identified Graham as the suspect and transported him to the Central Booking Intake Facility.

Graham now faces charges of second-degree murder along with first- and second-degree assault. Police have not released a possible motive in the case or said whether the victim and suspect knew each other.

The investigation remains active, and homicide detectives continue to urge anyone with information to contact them at 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
