Banned man busted after returning to Stafford Wawa

Stafford County, VA – A man previously barred from a local convenience store ignored the warning and walked right back in, ending the night in handcuffs.

The arrest happened Feb. 2 at about 9:56 p.m. at the Wawa on Austin Park Drive. Employees reported a trespasser and provided a description that matched a man deputies had dealt with before.

On scene, deputies located Daniel Williams, 32, of Stafford. Officers confirmed Williams had previously been trespassed from the business. He was arrested and charged with trespassing.

Williams was taken to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held on a secured bond.
