XL bully Munson needs rescue placement as shelter seeks urgent help
Jackson, NJ — A large dog described as social and responsive is in need of rescue placement, according to a local animal facility working to secure a suitable outcome.
Munson, an approximately 4-year-old XL Bully weighing about 125 pounds, is currently housed at the Northern Ocean County Animal Facility. Staff say he has completed behavioral assessments and is described as people-focused.
Shelter officials report that Munson is crate trained and has no signs of resource guarding. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and has tested negative for heartworm.

Due to his needs, Munson must be placed in a home where he is the only pet.
The facility is seeking assistance from a registered 501(c)(3) rescue organization to take over his care and placement.
Those able to assist are asked to contact kathleenfrett1@gmail.com.
