The winning ticket was purchased at N&L 99 Cent Town Trading, located at 344 Central Avenue.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn twice daily at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. from a field of one through 39.
Lottery prizes may be claimed for up to one year from the date of the drawing.
