CAMBRIDGE, Md. – A 46-year-old Cambridge woman was taken into custody after allegedly assaulting a man during a domestic dispute in the early hours of January 25, according to a Cambridge Police Department report.
Officers responded to the 500 block of Dobson Street around 4:03 a.m. after receiving a call about a physical disturbance. When they arrived, they spoke with the victim, who reported being awakened by Amanda Lee Louth and confronted over accusations of infidelity. Police said an argument escalated into a physical altercation, during which the victim sustained visible injuries.
Louth was arrested at the scene and charged with second-degree assault. She was later transported to the Dorchester County Department of Corrections, where she was held without bond.
Investigators described the incident as domestic in nature. Police said the victim did not require hospitalization, and no additional charges have been filed at this time.
