Investigators released a public appeal for help identifying the person involved
WASHINGTON, DC – Days after a theft was reported on I Street in Southeast DC, investigators are turning to the public for help identifying a suspect connected to the Sept. 3 incident.
The Metropolitan Police Department said the theft occurred in the unit block of I Street SE.

MPD did not provide details about what was allegedly stolen, how the theft occurred or whether anyone was injured.
