GERMANTOWN, MD – A Montgomery County resident is the latest Maryland Lottery player to win a $50,000 top-tier Bonus Match 5 prize after matching all five numbers in the October 30 drawing.

The winning ticket was sold at Kingsview Beer and Wine, located at 3406 Kingsview Village Avenue in Germantown, on the same day as the drawing.

The winning numbers were 11, 17, 20, 26, and 30. The Bonus Ball, 15, applied only to lower-tier prizes.

Lottery urges winner to claim promptly

Maryland Lottery officials are advising the winner to sign the back of the ticket and store it safely until claiming the prize. Winners have 182 days from the date of the drawing to redeem tickets. Prizes exceeding $25,000 must be claimed through Lottery headquarters at 1800 Washington Boulevard in Baltimore by appointment.

Kingsview Beer and Wine will receive a $500 bonus from the Lottery, representing 1% of the total prize value.

Unclaimed prizes remain

The October 30 win marks the 39th Bonus Match 5 top-tier prize awarded this year, with two others still unclaimed — one from July 12 sold at Wheaton Services in Baltimore, and another from September 9 at the 7-Eleven on Kenilworth Avenue in Bladensburg.

Daily drawings continue statewide

Bonus Match 5 drawings are held every evening, giving players the chance to win by matching five numbers between 1 and 39. The game also features a Bonus Ball, drawn from remaining numbers, that offers additional opportunities for smaller prizes.
