PHILADELPHIA, PA – A fatal shooting occurred at a food market in West Philadelphia on Monday afternoon.
Philadelphia Police report that the incident took place at approximately 1:37 p.m. on the 5400 block of Master Street.
The victim, believed to be in his 30s, was shot in his chest and arm while inside the food market.
He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead at approximately 2:07 p.m.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. However, a weapon has been recovered, and Philadelphia Police are actively investigating the incident.
