Mansfield man wins $100K in Rolling Cash 5 drawing

MANSFIELD, OH — James Osgar of Mansfield is celebrating after winning $100,001 in the Rolling Cash 5 drawing held on Saturday.

“I thought I was dreaming,” Osgar said after realizing his win. He purchased the lucky ticket at Quick Mart, located at 563 S Diamond St in Mansfield. The winning numbers for the drawing were 10-18-24-36-39, and Osgar chose his numbers.

After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28%, Osgar will take home approximately $72,000.72. He plans to use his winnings to help others, donate to charity, and continue playing the lottery.
