LANHAM, MD — A Riverdale resident won $100,000 on a MONOPOLY X50 scratch-off ticket purchased at a Lanham gas station while running errands, according to the Maryland Lottery.
The $10 ticket was bought at Whitfield Sunoco, located at 9105 Annapolis Road. After scratching the ticket at home, the winner matched the number 18 and revealed the top prize of $100,000.
The proceeds will help cover upcoming summer travel, a quinceañera celebration for her daughter, and future lottery play. The retailer will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
MONOPOLY X50 is part of the Maryland Lottery’s MONOPOLY scratch-off family and features multiple top prizes and bonus opportunities.
