MIDDLETOWN, NJ – The Middletown Township School District announced that all schools will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, due to winter weather and hazardous road conditions.

District officials advised families to continue checking the district website and email communications for updates regarding Tuesday’s opening. “Stay safe and warm,” the announcement stated.

In addition, Ross Haber and Associates will present the findings of the Boundary Analysis and Building Utilization Study to the Board of Education, administration, and the public at the January 27 Board of Education meeting. The presentation will begin at approximately 7:30 p.m., immediately following the executive session of the board, in the High School North Auditorium. The meeting will also be livestreamed on the district’s YouTube channel.
