Nearly 1/3 of All Ocean County Covid-19 Cases Are From Lakewood

TOMS RIVER-According to the Ocean County Health Department’s daily COVID-19 figures, nearly 1/3 of all infections are in Lakewood Township, followed by Toms River who has 508 cases.  Lakewood now has 987 confirmed coronavirus cases.

198 people died in New Jersey during the past 24 hours and 119 total have died in Ocean County. We currently have 7,363 hospitalizations, including COVID-19 positive patients and persons under investigation.

1,523 individuals are in critical care. 1,551 individuals are on ventilators
