Three lucky New York Lottery players hit the top prize in the same drawing, with winning tickets sold across Long Island and New York City
ALBANY, N.Y. — Three New York Lottery players are holding winning TAKE 5 tickets after matching all five numbers in the June 9 Evening drawing, with top-prize tickets sold in Bay Shore, Brooklyn and Staten Island.
The New York Lottery announced that three winning tickets shared the top prize in the drawing, with each ticket worth $10,306.50.
One winning ticket was sold at Mi Campo Deli Corp., located at 1389 5th Ave. in Bay Shore.
A second top-prize ticket was purchased at U & A Mini Mart LLC, located at 9627 Avenue L in Brooklyn.
The third winning ticket was sold at Bagels R Us Inc., located at 4300 Amboy Road in Staten Island.
TAKE 5 numbers are drawn from a field of one through 39 and drawings are held twice daily.
Lottery officials said prizes may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
The identities of the winners were not released.
The New York Lottery remains North America’s largest and most profitable lottery, contributing $3.6B to support public schools in New York State during fiscal year 2024-2025.
