The top-prize winning ticket for the June 16 TAKE 5 Midday drawing was sold at Prabhu Cards & Gift Inc., located at 460 County Road 111, Suite 11, in Manorville.
Lottery officials said the ticket is worth $18,160.
TAKE 5 numbers are selected from a field of one through 39. The game features two daily drawings, which are televised at 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m.
New York Lottery draw game prizes may be claimed up to one year from the date of the drawing.
