The incident occurred at approximately 7:58 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, outside 125 West 125th Street within the confines of the NYPD’s 28th Precinct. Authorities said the victim was approached by two unidentified individuals before a dispute broke out.

According to investigators, one suspect sprayed the victim with pepper spray while the second suspect displayed a sharp object and slashed him in the face and hand.
Suspects Fled on Foot
Following the assault, both suspects fled eastbound along West 125th Street. Police said they escaped before officers arrived and remain unidentified.
