Staten Island, NY – An off-duty New York City firefighter was arrested Friday evening in the 120th Precinct on Staten Island and is facing multiple charges including child endangerment, according to NYPD officials.

Tyshawn Chapman, 35, was taken into custody at approximately 7:20 p.m. on August 22. He was charged with resisting arrest, child endangerment, obstructing governmental administration, and harassment.
