The winner said she plans to use the money to pay off bills and take her family on a trip.

After required federal and state tax withholdings totaling 26.75%, she will receive $18,503.

EZPLAY games are instant play-style tickets generated through Ohio Lottery terminals. All game information is printed directly on the ticket, eliminating the need for a drawing. The overall odds of winning a Progressive Jackpot Going Pro ticket are 1 in 4.55.
