On Thursday, September 5, 2024, at approximately 7:59 p.m., an unidentified individual entered a store located at 1525 Myrtle Avenue, a gas station. The individual entered the “Employees Only” area but did not take any items before fleeing in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.

Later that same evening, at approximately 9:44 p.m., four unidentified individuals entered a commercial building at 1161 Southern Boulevard through an unlocked front door. The individuals used a knife to force open an office door, causing damage. They then fled the location on foot. No injuries were reported.

The following day, on Friday, September 6, 2024, at approximately 7:35 p.m., four unidentified individuals entered a commercial building at 1245 Randall Avenue through the back door. Once inside, they removed approximately $35,000 in cash from the desk and drawers. The individuals then fled westbound on Randall Avenue. No injuries were reported.

The suspects remain at large, and the investigation is ongoing. Police are urging anyone with information related to these incidents or the suspects’ whereabouts to contact the NYPD.
