RIDGEFIELD PARK, NJ – Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella recently announced the arrest of Humberto Duenas, a resident of Ridgefield Park, on charges related to sexual assault and child endangerment. The arrest followed an investigation led by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and Ridgefield Park Police Department.
On Thursday, June 29, the Police Department informed the Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit about the alleged sexual assault of three individuals, including one minor. Investigations revealed that Duenas had assaulted the victims at various locations. On Wednesday, Duenas was arrested and charged with several offenses. Duenas awaits his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court, Hackensack, NJ.
