ROCKVILLE, MD – Officers from the Rockville City Police Department teamed up with Chores 4 Charities and Nando’s restaurant to distribute over 150 Thanksgiving dinner kits to those in need in the community.
Police officers helped out with distribution of the meal kits at the annual Thanksgiving Feed-A-Thon.
“RCPD officers distributed over 150 Thanksgiving meal kits to our local Rockville families earlier this afternoon,” the department said on Wednesday. “Thanks to these two amazing organizations for allowing us to help make Thanksgiving a little more delicious and special for those who need a little extra love this turkey day.”
