CUMBERLAND, MD – A trespassing complaint at a Cumberland parking garage ended with a 32-year-old man under arrest Tuesday after officers arrived and found him inside the property, according to the Cumberland Police Department.
Officers responded to the Frederick Street area after receiving a report of someone trespassing in the parking garage.
When officers arrived, they located Tyler Adam Morris, 32, of Cumberland, inside the garage, police said.
Morris was taken into custody and issued a criminal citation charging him with trespassing on posted property.
Police did not provide additional information about why Morris was allegedly inside the garage or specify how long he had been there.
Morris was released pending trial.
The charge is an allegation and has not been proven in court.
