Gunfire erupts in Southeast as police hunt suspects caught on camera
Washington, DC — A late-night shooting in Southeast Washington has sparked a search for multiple suspects after gunfire was reported in a residential neighborhood.
The incident occurred around 12:02 a.m. March 21 in the 2000 block of Langston Place, where Seventh District officers responded to reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they located evidence of gunfire but did not find any victims at the scene.
Investigators later determined that several individuals connected to the incident were captured on nearby surveillance cameras. Police have released images and video of the suspects as they work to identify those involved.

The investigation remains ongoing, and no arrests have been announced.
