**Wilkes-Barre, PA** – Elijah Behm, 45, from Pottsville, was apprehended by officers following the discovery of an outstanding arrest warrant.
On Tuesday, at approximately 2:57 PM, officers on patrol approached Behm near Blackman and Hazle Streets. The officers were informed during the investigation of Behm’s active arrest warrant.
The warrant had been issued by the Luzerne County Sheriff’s Office. Following his apprehension, Behm was taken into custody and transported to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.

Wellsville Man Arrested on DWI Charges
**WELLSVILLE, NY** – The Wellsville Police Department reported the arrest of a local man following a traffic accident.
Sunday, Timothy J. Porcuri, 21, was taken into custody and charged with several offenses, including DWI and DWI with a BAC of .08% or more, both unclassified misdemeanors. He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, an unlicensed operator infraction, and moving unsafely from his lane.
The arrest resulted from a traffic accident on North Main Street. Following his arrest, Porcuri was processed and released to a third party after being issued an appearance ticket.
Porcuri is scheduled to appear in Wellsville Village Court on March 18th at 4:30 p.m.
Suspect Arrested in Connection to Stamford Storage Unit Firearms Theft
**Stamford, CT** – The Stamford Police Department, in collaboration with the FBI and NYPD, has apprehended a suspect linked to the theft of firearms from local storage units. This arrest concludes an investigation into the burglaries at CubeSmart on Shippan Avenue and Extra Space Storage on W. Main Street on February 22 and February 23.
Stamford Police responded to reports indicating forced entry into storage containers and firearm theft. The Bureau of Criminal Investigations Property Unit identified Joshua Casiano from the Bronx, NY, as the suspect. Casiano was apprehended in New York City following collaboration among Stamford detectives, the FBI, and NYPD, leading to a search that recovered several stolen handguns.
On Monday, Casiano was extradited to Connecticut to face multiple felony charges including larceny, burglary, conspiracy to commit larceny, and 47 counts of firearm theft. The Stamford Superior Court set his bond at $1 million.

Three Arrested During Middletown Police Search Warrant
**Middletown Township, PA** – The Middletown Township Police Department executed a search warrant on Friday at a residence on the 1600 block of Ramble Road. The operation resulted in the arrest of three individuals.
Michael DeSantis was taken into custody on a domestic assault warrant. Heather Winthers was arrested on a domestic relations warrant. Thomas Palaio was apprehended for failing to comply with Megan’s Law as a sexually violent predator and for a probation violation.
Upon entering the residence, officers identified dangerous living conditions. Immediate intervention from the Fire Marshal’s Office, Licensing and Inspection, as well as building zoning led to the house being condemned.
The SPCA and Middletown Township Police Animal Control Officer obtained a warrant to remove the animals found in the home. All three arrestees also face charges related to their failure to care for the animals. All parties were remanded to Bucks County Prison.
Delaware Teen Arrested for Attempted Murder in February Shooting
**Frankford, DE** – Delaware State Police have arrested 18-year-old Kelvin Wescott from Seaford, Delaware, in connection with a shooting incident that occurred in Frankford in February.
On February 2, at approximately 1:00 p.m., troopers responded to a report of a shooting on the 28000 block of Gum Tree Road. A 41-year-old male victim was discovered to have been shot and was transported to the Frankford Fire Company. He was later taken to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.
According to the investigation, a dispute at a residence led to the shooting, with the suspect fleeing the scene afterward. Detectives identified Wescott as the suspect and apprehended him in Millsboro on February 28 without incident. During the arrest, they found .060 grams of heroin on his person.
Wescott was subsequently taken to Troop 4 for processing, charged with several offenses, and arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2. Brooklyn Resident Arrested on Terrorism and Immigration Fraud Charges
**Brooklyn, NY** – Mansuri Manuchekhri, a 33-year-old resident of Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly conspiring to support ISIS and ISIS-K, unlawful possession of firearms, and immigration fraud. The arrest was made the same day, and his initial court appearance took place in the Eastern District of New York in the afternoon.
Attorney General Pam Bondi emphasized the Department of Justice’s zero-tolerance policy for terrorism, stating they are committed to prosecuting those who threaten American citizens. FBI Director Kash Patel highlighted the efforts to prevent terrorism, noting Manuchekhri allegedly sent funds to ISIS affiliates. The Justice Department, led by Sue Bai, is focused on preventing the exploitation of immigration and financial systems.
Allegedly, Manuchekhri entered the United States from Tajikistan on a tourist visa in June 2016 but overstayed after the visa expired in December 2016. In a bid to gain legal status, he allegedly entered into a sham marriage in March 2017, which was never approved due to his failure to provide necessary documentation.

Juvenile Arrested for Assault in Allston/Brighton
**Boston, MA** – On Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at approximately 3:24 PM, officers from District D-14 (Allston/Brighton) arrested a 14-year-old male on assault and battery charges.
Police were called to the intersection of Cambridge Street and Gordon Street following reports of an active assault and battery. Boston Police Operations had informed them that a group of twelve juveniles were attacking three other individuals at the scene.
Upon their arrival, a fourth victim flagged down officers and informed them that the suspects had fled towards Brighton Avenue. Officers witnessed three victims and stopped one juvenile suspect involved in instigating the fight, placing him in handcuffs after confirming his involvement. The other juveniles had already left the area.
The victims reported that the group walked past a store and threw a firecracker at its entrance. When one victim approached and attempted to record them, the suspect knocked the phone away and began the assault. Efforts to intervene by three other victims resulted in their being pushed to the ground and assaulted with a broom. The suspect also punched and kicked the victims, who later refused medical treatment.

17-Year-Old Arrested for Firearms Possession in Boston
**Boston, MA** – Members of the Youth Violence Strike Force, along with Boston Housing Police officers, arrested a 17-year-old male Thursday for firearm charges at 333 Warren Street in Roxbury.
The arrest came after officers noted ongoing safety concerns at a McDonald’s at 301 Warren Street involving juveniles, affecting patrons and local residents. While patrolling near Warren Street and Dale Street, officers observed two males who appeared vigilant, with one in all black and the other in a brown coat with a red hoodie.
As officers approached the McDonald’s parking lot, they saw the male in black watching their movements and then briskly walking away as the other male disappeared. Officers identified and investigated the male in black, finding a Phoenix Arms .22LR firearm between vehicles along the path where the other male fled.
A Glock 19 firearm with a round in the chamber and 13 rounds in the magazine was found in the 17-year-old’s coat. A records check revealed it was stolen from Burlington, Vermont. The weapons were secured, and the 17-year-old faces multiple charges in Boston Municipal Juvenile Court, including unlawful firearm possession.
