Tina Riggsbee, 36, and Christina Lalin, 35, are sought for questioning relating to the incident. Police responded to reported gunfire at Clinton Avenue and South 16th Street at approximately 12:36 p.m. Upon arrival, officers discovered a .45 caliber shell casing at the scene.
Surveillance footage captured an unidentified suspect discharging a firearm toward the 900 block of South 16th Street before fleeing in a red sedan.
