The investigation determined that in her role, Campbell misappropriated association funds for personal use, totaling over $81,000 between January 2019 and January 2022. She also used Venmo to transfer over $94,000 back to her accounts, with the total theft exceeding $175,000.

Video evidence shows the student in the hallway when London Simmons, aged 31, allegedly opened a door into her, causing her to fall and break her glasses. The bicycle rider, 65-year-old Timothy Neher from Holmdel, was found at the scene and later transported to Bayshore Medical Center. He succumbed to his injuries at 8:41 a.m. An investigation conducted by local authorities determined that the bicyclist was struck by a 2008 Kia driven by Baradekji.

The investigation began after a cyber-tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children was referred to the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. This tip alerted authorities to an individual allegedly involved in sending and receiving child pornography online.

The Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit identified an IP address belonging to a residence in Brick Township as the source of the illicit activity. Through further investigation, Dennis Hubert was identified as the individual accessing the illegal material.

On Thursday, law enforcement agencies including detectives from the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office High Tech Crime Unit, U.S. Department of Homeland Security Investigations, and Brick Township Police Department executed a search warrant at Hubert’s home. A forensic examination of electronic devices found several items of child pornography. The Prince George’s County Police have charged a suspect with murder in a fatal shooting case from late September. The suspect, Frederick Stevenson, 33, from Washington, DC, is accused of fatally shooting Daryl McCall, 30, from District Heights.

The incident took place on September 27 at approximately 7:40 p.m. Officers responded to the site in the 5100 block of Indian Head Highway following a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, police found the victim, Daryl McCall, deceased from gunshot injuries in a parking lot. Another man was also injured in the shooting and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

During their preliminary investigation, officers discovered that the shooting stemmed from a dispute, with Stevenson and the victims being known to each other. As a result, Stevenson has been charged with first and second-degree murder, among other related charges.

Stevenson was located and apprehended by authorities in Washington, DC, with the cooperation of several law enforcement agencies, including the U.S. Marshal’s Capital Area Regional Taskforce. **FREEHOLD, NJ** – A Matawan resident, Sonia Gomez, 64, has been charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident that resulted in the death of a pedestrian in Aberdeen, as announced by Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 4, at approximately 7:24 p.m., when Aberdeen Police responded to reports of a pedestrian being struck at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and 2nd Street. Upon arrival, officers found a 58-year-old woman, Judith Fox-Hernandez, injured on the road.

Fox-Hernandez was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries on Sunday, September 29. Investigations revealed that she was struck by a 2015 Honda Pilot driven by Gomez, who allegedly did not stop or report the accident.

Man Charged in Fatal North Versailles Collision

**North Versailles, PA** – Allegheny County Police have charged a man from Wilkins Township following a deadly crash in North Versailles on Thursday.

The incident occurred at 6:12 p.m. at the intersection of Crooked Run Road and 5th Avenue, involving a Nissan Versa driven by 66-year-old Tammy Chonko and a Pontiac Grand Am driven by 20-year-old Aaron Butler. Chonko was transported to a hospital where she was pronounced deceased. Butler was also hospitalized but remains in stable condition.

North Versailles Police sought support from the Allegheny County Police Department’s Homicide and Collision Reconstruction Units, sparking an investigation. It was determined that the Nissan attempted a left turn when it was struck by the Pontiac, which was traveling at 90 miles per hour. A toxicology report confirmed the presence of cannabinoids and THC in Butler’s system.

Butler faces charges, including homicide by vehicle, involuntary manslaughter, and driving under the influence. At present, he is held in Allegheny County Jail awaiting a preliminary arraignment after turning himself in.
