WASHINGTON, DC — A 17-year-old male has been arrested in connection with a November 22 shooting that left a 15-year-old injured in Southeast DC, police announced Thursday.

The incident occurred at approximately 9:42 a.m. in the 1700 block of East Capitol Street SE.
