Time running out for unclaimed 0K Powerball ticket sold in Lycoming County

MIDDLETOWN, PA—Time is running out for the holder of a Pennsylvania Lottery Powerball® ticket worth $150,000, sold nearly a year ago in Lycoming County. The prize’s December 11 expiration date is approaching.

The winning ticket, sold at Weis Markets on State Route 54 in Montgomery, matched four of the five white balls—1, 24, 27, 31, and 62—along with the red Powerball® 20 in the December 11, 2023, drawing. The Power Play® option was selected, tripling the prize to $150,000. Without Power Play®, the ticket would have been worth $50,000.

The Pennsylvania Lottery is urging players to check their tickets and file a claim before December 11, 2024, to avoid losing the prize. Claims can be made by mail or at any of the Lottery’s area offices, which are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays. The PA Lottery recommends signing the back of the ticket and calling 1-800-692-7481 for assistance.

Unclaimed lottery prizes in Pennsylvania are redirected to the Lottery Fund, supporting programs for older Pennsylvanians.
