Two 17-year-olds died after being struck in Townsend and state police have arrested a New Jersey man in connection with the crash
Townsend, Del. — Two Delaware teenagers who were struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash early Saturday morning have been identified as 17-year-olds Nathan Sinex and Cara Feeley, both of Townsend, as investigators continue piecing together the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
The Delaware State Police announced the identities of the victims in an update released Monday.
Authorities previously said a New Jersey man was arrested following the fatal collision, which claimed the lives of both teenagers.
The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit remains actively investigating the crash and is seeking additional information from the public.
