Two teens were hospitalized after an early morning shooting inside a Southwest Baltimore home, according to police

BALTIMORE, MD — A teenage boy and girl were shot early Saturday morning inside a Southwest District home, according to Baltimore police.

Officers responded around 2:58 a.m. to the 600 block of Allendale Street after receiving reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, police located a 17-year-old male inside the residence with a gunshot wound. The teen was transported by medics to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Police were later notified of a second victim, a 17-year-old female, who had arrived at an area hospital suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Investigators confirmed that both teens were injured in the same shooting on Allendale Street.
