BROADVIEW HEIGHTS, OHIO – Kimberly El Khatib of Broadview Heights won the top prize of $100,000 on the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off, Wild Cash Multiplier.
After mandatory state and federal taxes totaling 28 percent, El Khatib will receive $72,000.
She purchased her winning ticket at True North #418, located at 1000 Royalton Rd in Broadview Heights.
