According to the New York Lottery, the winning ticket for the April 14 TAKE 5 evening drawing was sold at BJ’s Wholesale Club #112, located at 6000 Brush Hollow Road in Westbury. The ticket carried a prize of $15,478 after matching all five numbers drawn.
TAKE 5 drawings are held twice daily and use numbers from one through 39. Winners may claim prizes within one year from the drawing date.
