WASHINGTON, DC—A stabbing incident in Northeast D.C. has prompted an investigation by D.C. Police. The attack occurred on Sunday at approximately 5:30 PM in the 800 block of Bladensburg Road.
Authorities found a woman at the scene with stab wounds; she was subsequently transported to a hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
The police are actively searching for a male suspect, who was last seen wearing a black ski mask, a black hoodie, a black backpack, and distinctive blue and red tennis shoes. He is described as having shoulder-length black dreadlocks.
