Baltimore Police Make Arrest in Shooting Death of 36 Year-Old Man

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – 37-year-old Davone McDaniels turned himself in at the Central Booking Intake Facility on Monday, March 7th. He was charged with the 1st degree murder of 36 year-old Tarone Thompson.

According to Police, “On January 15, 2022, at approximately 10:25 p.m., Western District patrol officers were dispatched to the 2300 block of West Lanvale Street, to investigate a reported shooting. When officers arrived at the location, they observed a 36-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead by medics at the scene.”

McDaniels is being held without bail while awaiting trial.
