Popular Toms River Liquor License to be Transferred to new LLC

TOMS RIVER, NJ – The Liquor License for McIntyre’s Pub on Hooper Avenue will be transferred to a newly formed LLC, according to a public notice published today.

MACS PUB, LLC has filed an application for a Person-to-Person Transfer of the Plenary Retail Consumption License #1507-33-024-007 to operate at 1747 Hooper Ave in Toms River, NJ.

The license is currrently held by McIntyres Pub, LLC. The application has been submitted to the Township for approval.

According to the notice posted by the Township, Patrick Lynch, of 14 Lagoon Drive West in Toms River, NJ, holds more than 1% of the ownership interest in MACS PUB, LLC. The Township has invited any objections to be submitted in writing to Alison Carlisle, Clerk of the Township of Toms River, at 33 Washington Street, P.O. Box 728, NJ 08754-0728.
