LODI, NJ – The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Lodi Police Department have recently announced the arrest of Juan Nimacachi of Lodi, on a series of charges including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated criminal sexual contact, and criminal sexual contact.

The charges emerged following an investigation conducted by the Prosecutor’s Office and the local Police Department.

The investigation was initiated last Tuesday when the Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a child in Lodi.

The investigation found Nimacachi guilty of sexually assaulting a child twice – once when the child was between 13 and 16 years old, and again after the child turned 16. The arrest took place in Paramus, and Nimacachi has been taken to Bergen County Jail, where he awaits his first court appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court, Hackensack.
