29-Year-Old Shot In Patterson

PATERSON, NJ – On Tuesday, a 29-year-old male arrived at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound.

Passaic Police had previously responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Main Avenue and Sherman Street around 7:04 p.m. The police discovered a potential crime scene, but no victim was found at the location.

The ongoing investigation indicates that the victim was shot at that location. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact the Passaic County Prosecutor’s Office on their tips line at 1-877-370-PCPO, [email protected], or the Passaic Police Department at 973-365-3900.
