Two Women Recovering from Early Morning Shooting in Rochester

ROCHESTER, NY – A 52-year-old woman and a 30-year-old woman are recovering after a shooting on North Clinton Avenue near Clifford Avenue last Monday morning.

Responding to the incident just after 2 a.m., Rochester Police Department found the two victims, one of whom was treated at the scene while the other was rushed to the hospital.

During the incident, a man was also injured but was not shot. He independently sought treatment at a nearby hospital. Police report that a verbal argument precipitated the shooting.

The investigation continues, with no suspects currently in custody.
