NEW YORK CITY, NY – On Monday, a forcible touching incident occurred near 9917 Shore Road, Brooklyn, at approximately 12:00 pm. The New York City Police Department is asking the public for help in identifying the individual involved.
A 33-year-old female reported that an unidentified individual grabbed her buttocks while she was walking her dog. The individual then pursued the victim, attempting to lift her dress. Medical evaluation of the victim took place on scene.
