Woman Struggled to Free Herself During Attack on Brooklyn Bound Train

NEW YORK CITY, NY – A 22-year-old woman reported an incident to the police that occurred on Thursday, at approximately 04:30 am.

After boarding a Brooklyn-bound L train at the 1 Avenue station, she was trailed by an unidentified male upon exiting at the Graham Avenue station.

The individual tried to engage her in conversation, later forcing her into a building lobby near Graham Avenue and Grand Street.

Here, he attempted to commit a criminal sex act against her.

After a struggle, the suspect fled. He is described as being in his 20s, around 5’6″ tall, with a medium complexion, slim build, black hair, and facial hair.
