NEW YORK – On Saturday at 10:58 p.m., off-duty NYPD Police Officer Aneal Mahabir, a 23-year-old male, was arrested and charged within the 106 Precinct. Mahabir faces charges of assault and harassment. The investigation is ongoing.
The New York City Police Department has not released any further information on Mahabir’s arrest.
