BROOKLYN, NY – On Thursday, August 24, an 11-year-old female was victimized in a child endangerment and unlawful surveillance incident on Bergen Street, within the 77 Precinct in Brooklyn.
The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance to identify the individual responsible.
The victim was in front of 1664 Bergen Street at approximately 1:30 PM when an unidentified individual approached her.
The person then placed a cellphone beneath her dress to take pictures before fleeing on foot in an eastbound direction on Bergen Street.
