Shoplifting Incident Leads to Arrests in Port Charlotte

PORT CHARLOTTE, FL – A shoplifting incident at Best Buy in Port Charlotte escalated into a multi-suspect apprehension.

On Sunday, deputies responded to the store shortly after 4:00 p.m. following a report of theft. Robert A. Terrell, Siearra D. Davis, and Tiara L. Davis were identified as the suspects involved in the theft of over $6,000 worth of electronics.

Investigations led deputies to the trio, who were later found in a blue Hyundai in a parking lot near Buffalo Wings and Rings.

They were recognized from surveillance footage as the individuals involved in the Best Buy incident.

Subsequent to their arrest, each suspect confessed to the theft, which included multiple gaming consoles and other electronics. Additional stolen items were discovered in their vehicle during a search warrant execution.
