Police Investigate After Burglars Shatter Woman’s Glass Door Parsippany

PARSIPPANY, NJ – On the evening of November 29, 2023, at approximately 6:53 PM, Parsippany Police Officers were dispatched to a home on Patrician Court following a report of an attempted burglary. The resident of the home reported being inside when she heard glass shattering. Upon investigation, she found the sliding glass door in her basement had been broken.

Further investigation revealed that initially, one suspect rang the doorbell before both suspects made their way to the backyard. There, they shattered the sliding glass door. However, they fled the scene without entering the residence. The Morris County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit provided assistance during the initial phase of the investigation.
