Girl Battling Cancer Gets Ride of a Lifetime With Sheriff’s Department

Daytona, FL – The local community showed overwhelming support for 10-year-old Jenna’s fight against pancreatic cancer by participating in a fundraiser.

Yesterday’s event saw a significant turnout, demonstrating the community’s commitment to aiding Jenna during her health battle. Today, Jenna, accompanied by her family, was treated to a special experience at the Volusia Sheriff’s Office (VSO) hangar, where Sheriff Mike Chitwood took them for a ride in Air One.

In addition to the support from the community and law enforcement, Shelldon from the Daytona Tortugas Professional Baseball team contributed to the day’s joy with surprises for Jenna. The Volusia Sheriff’s Office extended a heartfelt thank you to everyone for their love and support of Jenna and her family, highlighting the collective effort to support one of their own during a challenging time.
