Woman Robbed at Gunpoint While Walking Along Trail in Glen Burnie

GLEN BURNIE, MD—A victim reported a robbery to the police on March 5 after the previous incident. The event occurred on a trail near the 1700 block of Crain Highway in Glen Burnie between 7:15 and 7:45 p.m.

A 39-year-old woman was approached by a white male suspect who brandished a handgun and stole cash from her pockets before fleeing the scene.

The victim, who reported no injuries, immediately informed a patrol officer of the robbery. Eastern District detectives are conducting an investigation and urge anyone with information to come forward by contacting 410-222-6145 or the Eastern District Tip Line at 410-222-3502.

The suspect is described as a white male, aged 30-40, approximately 5’8” tall, with a dark brown beard.
