Deluntae Boyd Charged with Attempted Murder of Homeless Man in Baltimore

BALTIMORE, MD – On Monday, detectives in Baltimore made an arrest in connection to an attempted murder case from last Saturday.

Deluntae Boyd, aged 34, was taken into custody by investigators for his alleged involvement in a violent attack resulting in severe injuries to a 40-year-old homeless individual found in critical condition on Moravia Road.

The victim, a homeless man viciously beaten and robbed in the 5300 block of Moravia Road on April 17, 2024, prompted a swift and thorough investigation by local law enforcement. Deluntae Boyd was apprehended the following day in the 4400 block of Bowleys Lane. He was subsequently transferred to the Central Booking Intake Facility, where he faced charges including attempted first-degree murder, robbery, assault, and theft, in relation to the heinous crime.
