Nanuet, NY – The Clarkstown Police Department responded to a domestic assault on Spring Brook Rd. on Sunday at 4:37 am. A male victim aged 33 and a 29-year-old female were found with stab wounds following an altercation.
The male victim, after being stabbed by his ex-girlfriend, reported the incident to officers. Both victims were provided with medical aid on the scene and then transported to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Blanca Rincon-Hoyos, a 29-year-old female from Spring Valley, was arrested later in the day, facing multiple charges.
Rincon-Hoyos was charged with two counts of Attempted Murder 2nd, two counts of Assault with a Weapon, along with other charges. Despite these charges, it’s important to note that she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
