BALTIMORE, MD—The Baltimore Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 37-year-old Phillip Farrell, who has recently gone missing.
Phillip is known to frequent the Pennsylvania area and North Avenue. He is described as 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
