Thomas Allen Ballentine was last seen at 12:30 a.m. today in the Sparrows Point area. He is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 130 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. The clothing he was last seen wearing is currently unknown.
Authorities are actively working to obtain a photograph of Thomas to aid in their search. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact the police immediately by calling 911 or the Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
