NYPD Seeks Suspect in Forcible Touching Incidents in Brooklyn

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying and locating an individual wanted in connection with two forcible touching incidents in Brooklyn’s 70th Precinct.

The incidents occurred as follows:

  • Incident #1: On Saturday, August 24, 2024, at approximately 2:50 p.m., a 38-year-old woman was walking in front of 783 East 17th Street when an unidentified male grabbed her buttocks. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries were reported.
  • Incident #2: On Monday, August 26, 2024, at approximately 2:00 p.m., a 30-year-old woman was walking in front of 1912 Avenue K when an unidentified male grabbed her buttocks. The suspect fled on foot. No injuries were reported.

Police are asking anyone with information about these incidents or the individual’s identity to contact the NYPD. The investigation is ongoing.
